*Domain Name Registration
All domain names registered under this offer will be registered by Design Plate Ltd under Design Plate Ltd's name. No person(s) or company not associated with Design Plate Ltd shall interfere with or bestow upon Design Plate Ltd or any of its representatives any stipulation that will contradict the aforesaid registration stipulations. If any request is made by the registered client or company for release of said domain names then administration costs will be encored for said request and passed onto the registered client requesting this action. No full release will take place until full payment is received by Design Plate Ltd or its representatives of the stipulated administration costs encored for this request.
*Free Domain Name
One .co.uk domain name shall be offered for the first year of hosting under this "Free 5" promotional offer as a complimentary service. Only the first year of registration and administration cost shall fall under this offer. Further years thereafter the very first year of hosting shall encore a minimum registration fee relating to any domain name registered under this offer, if no other offer is, thereafter the final day of the first year, taken up with Design Plate Ltd.
Hosting
If at the end the agreed first registered years hosting the registered client wishes to move hosting accounts then a administration cost will be encored upon request of such action which includes but not restricts too any final payment needed to release any designs from Design Plate Ltd. There will be five megabytes of server space allocated to each "Free 5" promotional account offer. Further space is available on request.
**Website Maintenance
No access will be given to any client or representative of said client in part or whole to any administration areas related too or containing of any information, files, email servers, or any service associated with in part or whole of any services offered by Design Plate Ltd. ALL website "Free 5" promotional offer, maintenance tasks shall remain in the full control Design Plate Ltd and or its representatives. ALL website maintenance requests related to the "Free 5" offer are limited and If such maintenance requests are deemed as "undue" with respect to the "Free 5" limited offer, by Design Plate Ltd or any of its representatives, then these service requests will be charge at Design Plate Ltd normal rates. All "Free 5 " promotional website maintenance requests are restricted to a minimum amount of actions per "Free 5" registered promotional account. Any further actions taken thereafter a "undue" decision has been made, shall encore a minimum cost per action relating too any updates, insertions, amendments, uploads, downloads, transfers, registrations of any files, information on line or off line, hard copy or electronic copy, in part or whole associated with, in part or whole, to any account registered "Free 5" promotional account. These charges are available on request.
Design & Amendments
One design will be presented with very limited amendments offered by Design Plate Ltd, regarding the insertion or update of copy or pictures provided by the client. Very limited colour changes will be allowed to not exceed the company's, person(s) existing colour corporate branding which is to be supplied by the client. No architectural restructuring will take place. Added linked pages more than five shall either be charged at the normal cost outside of the Free 5 promotion or linked to pages that are supplied by the client. No changes, updates shall take place to in part or whole of supplied linked pages from the said client, unless agreed with Design Plate Ltd and said client or company, prior to server allocation and upload to live distribution. If Design Plate Ltd or its representatives feel that any requested amendments exceed the working design time allocated for each "Free 5" account then this will be charged at our basic rate. All our rates are available on request.
Copy
All text to be included within the "Free 5" promotional website that is ordered, will be provided in electronic format. If text changes, updates are requested after the second copy change, update, then this will encore additional charges. A copy electronic exchange service is available on request. Design Plate Ltd shall not be liable for any spelling mistakes within electronic copy supplied to Design Plate Ltd for insertion into any clients "Free 5" promotional website, by the client.
Email Registrations
"Free 5 " email account registrations associated with the registered domain name shall be limited too 5 and are made available to the registered person or company associated with the registering of Design Plate Ltd's "Free 5" promotional offer. Further email accounts and services associated with the aforesaid are available at a minimum charge.
All email registrations and maintenance or said accounts will remain the sole responsibility of Design Plate Ltd or its representatives and any access to the maintenance areas of these accounts will not be made available to any third party outside of Design Plate Ltd.
Data Transfer Per Month
Each "Free 5" promotional website has restricted data transfer per month. The total data transfer includes email data transfer. This shall not exceed 250 megabytes per month combined with all 5 email accounts and website traffic. If these ceiling limits are breach in any one month then a fee or 5p per 1 megabyte there after the ceiling limited shall be charged until the following months allocation of included data transfer limit is allotted. This allotment is on each and every first day of each calendar month there after up until one calender month before cancillation. No data transfer limits are carried over to the following month.

With each "DP PROHOST 500+" account will have 500 megs of disk space allotted for usage but that space is regulated and any unused space will be parked until required.
Data Transfer Per Month
The data transfer per month will not exceed 10 gig per account. We work on a fare usage policy and would normally not charge for you exceeding this limit if this does not exceed your allocated amount more than once in any given 3 month calendar block. If, however you do exceed this limit you will be notified of our "DP Overflow" charge. This is calculated on 1000 Meg blocks. E.g. If your account exceeds your monthly limit by 500 Meg (which includes all email data transfer) then you will be charged for the full 1000 meg block. This cost per 1000 Meg data block is £17.95 +VAT.
Domain Control
Full domain control will be give to the allocated administrator on registration of the "DP PROHOST 500+" account. The administration of the account will be delivered through an online customer "DP PROHOST 500+" PLESK control panel. This access is only available with a live internet connection. We do supply administration services on a yearly contract basis. Please see our main site for further information.
Non Supporting Packages
If you choose to administrate your own website then you are taking on the full responsibility for doing so. If you experience problems and require administration help then this will be charged outside of our normal support package pricing structure. This equates to an hourly rate of £47.50 +VAT per hour.

Hosting Responsibilities
If it is found that you or anyone associated with your hosting account is using any services that Design Plate Ltd are supplying to you, to spam, share unlicensed illegal files (According to UK Legal Governing Legislation), supply pornographic information or imagery in any guise to third parties inside any UK Governed States or to any state outside of the British Legal Legislation remit, is found to be involved with, in connection to, or associated with any practicing or non practicing terrorists organisation (as determined by the UK Legal Governing System) then the hosting account in question will be immediately suspended and any files contained within the said hosting account will be sent forward on to the relevant legal authority for further investigation by that legal authority. No notice will be given to the said registered account holder regarding outlined actions taken within this “Hosting Account Responsibilities” section.
Notice Period
All hosting packages offered by Design Plate Ltd have a minimum period of 1 calendar months notice of cancellation or removal from Design Plate Ltd's servers. This shall be given in writing by the registered client or representative and received by Design Plate Ltd or its representatives no later than the last day of the month prior to cancellation or removal from its servers. If this request is done at any point within any month other than the last day of the prior month of cancellation then this request will be applied to the last day on that month the aforesaid request is made. One full calendar month shall be the minimum time allowed for cancellation. If after the final day of the registered full year of the "Free 5" promotional offer no request has been made for cancellation or removal from Design Plate Ltd servers has been made then the relevant registered persons or companies will be liable for the following years hosting costs. No refunds will be given for any services supplied by Design Plate Ltd.
Design Plate Ltd Decisions
All decisions made by Design Plate Ltd or its representatives, on any service or promotional offer, supplied by Design Plate Ltd, are final and will not be intimidated by, encroached upon or over turned by any third party.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Design Plate Ltd and or its representatives reserve the right to change, amend or remove any terms, conditions, special offers and notices under which the Design Plate Ltd services are offered, including but not limited to the content contained within any/or all of the directories within Design Plate Ltd developed web sites without giving prior notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
